Please have the credit card used to purchase your flight and cardholder ID ready to present at check-in. If you did not make the purchase, please have the cardholder email us the information at info@heliny.com. If you are unable to provide the card and ID, we may be unable to fly you.

• Tours cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled tour date/time are non-refundable. 
• Discounts/Refunds will not be honored once the tour is completed. 

• Tours rescheduled within 24 hours = $50 per person reschedule fee (up to 1 hour before check-in time) 
• In the case of a weather cancellation, tours may be rescheduled at no fee or refunded (EG. Heavy rain & snow, low cloud ceiling, dense fog, lightning, extremely gusty winds). 

• No refunds – Tours will not be rescheduled unless specific circumstances are accepted.
